Healthy Challenges & Roundup
Our final step...
You've done all the work. You have everything you need.
Now you have the headspace to identify and embrace your “healthy challenges” for the next 12 months. These aren’t tasks that fill you with dread, they're areas you genuinely want to master or improve for personal or business growth and learnings.
What's the idea...
The idea is to pick challenges that stretch you in a positive way, keeping things achievable, motivating and, most importantly, tailored to where you want to go. Whether it’s finally getting to grips with video, saying “yes” to more speaking opportunities, or launching a new offer, this step helps you prioritise and break down your top three challenges so you can make tangible progress over time at a pace that suits you.
Remember!
Healthy challenges aren’t about overwhelming yourself, they’re about manageable, motivating steps that encourage growth.
Focus on just three challenges at a time. This makes it doable and keeps you aligned with your three business goals, three audiences, and three core messages. We love the No. 3.
Review and adjust your challenges regularly. If your focus changes, it’s fine to swap a challenge for one that excites you more.
Tip
If a challenge feels too much, break it down to find the best starting point for you. For example, if video is daunting, try guesting on podcasts or delivering webinars (with or without the camera on) to build confidence.
Most importantly, say “yes” to opportunities, even if they’re just outside your comfort zone.
